[etherlab-dev] [PATCH] Add e1000e 2.6.34 module

Hi,

I've patched the Intel e1000e driver module for the 2.6.34 kernel
as well as updating the configure.ac (add --enable-e1000e and
--with-e1000e-kernel)
and other related files.

The patch is for the current head(default) in the hg repository,
sourceforge.net,
but I think it should also work with the former versions.

It's been tested on a 32-bit Linux-based system with RTAI and no
problem has been found yet.
