thanks, I included the patch in the default and stable-1.5 branches.
Please check, if you can omit the --with-e1000e-kernel option with the
version in the repository.

Please note that the version prefix (i. e. 3.2) in the driver file
names is only 2 segments since 3.0, since the patch level is the third
segment now.

Please post a compressed tarball next time, since it is much smaller.
