Hi,

You have a linking error. Maybe you have to run

/sbin/ldconfig


If it does not work, you may try to follow exactly the tutorial steps.

In particular, you may use Ubuntu 18.04 instead of Ubuntu 16.04

As explained in section 2.1
"For a very first installation, it is recommended to use exactly the 
same distribution than this guide to avoid any distribution issues."
