Hi Florian;

I'm familiar with the slave device in question, and believe that all
the required SII sections are included.

In fact, the only sections of the SII that aren't included in this
device are the bootstrap mailbox info (not yet supported) and the PDO
information.

The reason for the lack of PDO information is that our PDOs are all
variable. For a device such as this I don't believe that the PDO
information is mandatory.

Is it possible that the lack of PDO information is causing this problem?

Rgds,
I think I saw this before, when I tested with that device on the last
EtherCAT plugfest. It think the reason was, that the SII (and especially
the mailbox addresses) were wrong. Have a look at
http://etherlab.org/en/ethercat/faq.php#incomplete-sii
for how to fix it.
