this is all covered by the manual: The master comes with a few
EtherCAT-capable Ethernet drivers that have been patched to run with the
master.

I'm no QNX expert, but almost certainly you'll have to have a look at
the Ethernet drivers. Moreover the master code uses many Linux-specific
data structures, so I guess it'll be hard work...
