The current revision 1718 contains library implementations of the DC
functions.

You should be able to set up your DC slaves for cyclic SYNC0
generation and to sync the reference clocks to the master clock and the
slave clocks to the master clock.

What's still missing is the calculation of the transmission delays, so
the slaves will have a phase delay, but they won't drift apart. The
transmission delays will be the next thing I will implement.
