Sorry for that. I just discovered that there are newer revisions on the 
server (in the download directory) then the one on the website.
However, its nearly impossible for people to track changes and to avoid 
double work if there is no public (read-only) access to the version 
control system. Posting (and reviewing) all patches on the developers 
mailing list is another possible solution.
Are there any plans to improve the current situation?
