[etherlab-dev] AT91 (ARM9) EtherCAT capable MACB network driver

Hi,

I adapted the network driver of the AT91 ethernet MACB to the EtherCAT
master. It is availible for kernel version 2.6.20 and 2.6.27 until
2.6.30. It was testet with a board similar to at91sam9263ek development
kit. The slaves were a EK1100 and a ES2034.
It is attached as patch for the current development version of the
master. After applying it you have to run automake/autoconf. To use the
driver, configure got a new option --enable-macb.
