[etherlab-dev] Error: field ‘tx_queue_sem’ has incomplete type

Hello,

I tried to compile todays trunk and get this message:

In file included from /root/ethercat-default/master/master.c:53:
/root/ethercat-default/master/ethernet.h:95: error: field ‘tx_queue_sem’ has 
incomplete type

I could fix it by include semaphore.h. Patch is attached.
