I have just merged trunk into my local changes and created a new patch only including new drivers for e100, e1000 and r8169. There are also some other fixes to ensure prober compilation of modules and examples with the linux kernel and gcc 4.4.4 on a Gentoo system.

We have tested the e100 in several setups now and it work without problems. The other two drivers we dont have hardware for currently.

Here is a patch for the current EtherCAT 1.5 trunk to support the linux kernel version 2.6.34
This includes updated drivers for e100, e1000, 8139too, r8169

All drivers compile. Have currently only tested with the e100 driver against a Beckhoff EtherCAT master node.
