[etherlab-dev] [PATCH] Fix kfree/kmalloc errors on 2.6.34 kernel

Hi
I have built an openSUSE 11.3 rpm for a user on our forums, there was
abit of patching to do to add slab.h to avoid kfree/kmalloc errors when
compiling the modules. There is some other generic patching as well
for it to build on the openSUSE Build Service, including an updated spec
file.
