I need to update my system with kernel 6 on debian 12.
I have build ethercat master and generic driver on debian 12, it works fine.
I’m trying to modify e1000e driver so that it can build with kernel 6. This is very difficult, there are many differencies between the two kernels.
Does anyone ever tried to do this? Is there a tutorial to explain how to create an ethercat driver ?
