The mailbox state machines for CoE are already implemented and working,
but not for the realtime interface. They just have to be exported. Have
a look, how SDO reading is done for the Sysfs entries in master/slave.c
and master/canopen.c. If you'd like to implement SDO access in realtime
context, I will gladly support you.
