Thanks. That dump didn't really help.
But I changed "ec_slave_fetch_sii_syncs" in "slave.c".
In my version this function adds new SMs instead of replacing them with new ones.

Result: PREOP!!! Finally!

Thanks for you help. I'll continue to get it running now. I think we have to
think about this a it and see if it should be a change in the code.
