The problem is that some people have the opinion, that this license
agreement is incompatible with the open source definition and so
constructs a 'unfulfillable license construct'. We do not support this
opinion, but because some of our customers are unsure, we will probably
just remove this license agreement, because it has nothing to to with
the copying, distribution and modification of the master code itself.
