This seems to be the problem: There is no slave with
vendor/product 0x00000040/0x26483052 at position 1. Please have a look
at the output of 'ethercat slaves -v' and 'ethercat config -v'.

Corrupted frames should not appear. Is your bus electrically fine? Are
there any non-EtherCAT components connected?
