Hi
Currently we have two different boards with the RTL8168cp/8111cp Realtek
network chip and a board with the RTL8111B Realtek network chip. The
devices/r8169-2.6.24-ethercat.c (patch) works only for the RTL8111B chip
and not for the other. We were using realtime kernel 2.6.24.7 (from
kernel.org) with the realtimepatch patch-2.6.24.7-rt21.bz2 (from
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/older/)
There is a realtek patch for the 2.6.24.7 that supports boths network
controllers. The kernel module r8168.ko supports both network controllers
Now I am looking for the IGH patch that supports the RTL8168cp/8111cp and
RTL8111B network controllers for a 2.6.24 kernel. Is it available ??
Kind regards
Peter
