Revision 1770 (May 2009) does not include the cstruct subcommand (June
2009) yet. Please have a look at the development version on SourceForge.

The PDO description is taken either from the SII, of from the SDO
dictionary. If the latter does not contain the strings, they are not
displayed, because the master tries to read the PDO assignment/mapping
from via CoE.

Try to include the PDO entries in the SDO dictionary, then they will be
displayed.
