I can only look into the specs available at ethercat.org

in ETG.1000.6
There is
5.6.7.4.10.1
Sync Manager PDO Assignment
Sync Manager Channel
The Sync Manager Channel 0-31 object dictionary entry (index 0x1C10-0x1C2F) is specified
in Table 76.

But in
5.6.7.4
Table 66 – CoE Communication Area
0x1c10 is referenced as UNSIGNED16 array
