I think that the RTL8029AS Ethernet card that I am using might be too old.
It looks like the drivers that come with EtherCAT only mention 8129 or 8139.
I found a different network card in a Windows machine.  When I look in
Device Manager it says "Intel(R) PRO/100+ PCI Adapter".  Does this sound
like it matches the e100?
