[etherlab-users] Problems installing pdCom library

Hi,

Thanks for the help but I can't seem to find a .dll file. I've tried
extracting the  .tar file ( pdCom-3.0.4.tar.bz2 found on
http://www.etherlab.org/download/pdcom/) but I still can't find the .dll
file. Sorry if my question seems dumb, I've just started learning about
API's.
