Thank you for your reply, how can I fix ubuntu to run the RT task? I am new to ubuntu and do not know how can I do that.

It means you are running  a system that forbids RT tasks from running.  you need to fix ubunto.
I suggest you take a look at the boot command line.

What is the meaning of this warning "Failed to set priority: Permission denied"?
