[etherlab-users] rtdm-ioctl.c: error

Hi all
I am using the patch on :https://hg.beremiz.org/etherlabmaster.
I add the igb-device code for linux4.4 in /devices/igb directory.
Then :
make ---- ok
make modules  ---error : master/rtdm-ioctl.c:1:6 error: expected  '=', ',' , ';', 'asm' or '__attribute__' before '.' token.
I know in rtdm-ioctl.c there is a line note :  ioctl.c.
What dose it means?
Can I copy the ioctl.c to fill rtdm-ioctl.c ?
