no, you can't connect with the matlab simulink window. But that might be 
a good idea ... it's just not implemented yet. Feel free to do so. If 
you you want a detailed description of the communication protocol just 
let me know...

Currently you have to use the "Testmanager" or the "dlsd". The 
Testmanager also runs with "wine", if you want to use a Linux machine.
