This is the problem. Please have a look at the output of

cat /sys/ethercat/master0/slave001/info

and determine, which PDOs are mapped within the slave and replace
Beckhoff_EL2004_PDO_Outputs with the appropriate PDO entry index and
-subindex. If you are unsure, post the contents of the info file.
