The slave descriptions XMLs for the Beckhoff slaves can be downloaded
from

http://www.beckhoff.com/download/Config/EtherCAT/XML_Device_Description/Beckhoff_EtherCAT_XML.zip

You can also generate some from the current configuration by calling

ethercat xml
