Hello Alex,
apologies accepted, very honourable of you!!!
We are keen to help as far as our time allows. We are also greatful if anyone
finds a bug and reports it, even more so if a patch is included. Even requests
are considered if they improve the project. I can understand your frustration
(documentation is severly lacking), however, the tone must be appropriate.
