Hi etherlab list,
while using etherlab on a Beckhoff Embedded PC I run into the following
problem:
after starting up the etherlab stack I only see the bus coupler connected:
[ 2141.903652] EtherCAT 0: Link state changed to UP.
[ 2141.908051] EtherCAT 0: 1 slave(s) responding.
[ 2141.908054] EtherCAT 0: Slave states: PREOP.
When using my notebook with the same etherlab setup I see all slaves
connected:
[44744.672539] EtherCAT 0: 4 slave(s) responding.
[44744.672542] EtherCAT 0: Slave states: PREOP.
The only difference I see is the Embedded PC having an e100 while my
notebook has an e1000e network card. But I use the generic driver on
both machines, so this shouldn't make a difference. I run the latest
development branch of etherlab with a 2.6.32 kernel. Any idea what I'm
doing wrong or how I can further debug the problem?
Thanks in advance.
Alex
