[etherlab-users] Beckhoff Slave Controllers and Device Reset

We are trying to perform a device reset of a Beckhoff Slave
controller.  The reset requires 3 consecutive writes to the
appropriate register (0x40 or 0x41).

As far as we can tell, there's no way for the EtherCAT master to send
3 consecutive register write frames.  The master always seems to
interject another frame in between.  Is this a correct observation?
If not, is there a way to perform these resets? If it is correct, is
there a way to perform the reset with minor modifications to the
master?
