try as root

cyclictest -m -n -p 99 -t


All values in us

Min:     12 ->  min latency
Act:   18 ->  act latency
Avg:   19 ->  avg latency
Max:     247 ->  max latency


A good userspace realtime system has a max latency<  30 us.
