[etherlab-users] tty example not working

Hello,

I am trying out the tty example. I've enabled it with --enable-tty option.
One of the steps in the tty/README file is to run the command
`rcethercat start`
There is no such command. I assume it should be
`/etc/init.d/ethercat start`

There is no error in other steps.

I notice that /dev/ttyEC0 is not created.

Can someone help.
