[etherlab-users] Convert TwinCAT *xml exportfile to headerfile

Hello,

we'd like to share a little helper tool for converting exported XML
files to c header files for using with the etherlab API.
Included you'll find a pythonscript, and an example (ProfiNet Beckhoff
EL6631 Terminal).
For further information consult the README.md.

Sadly it didn't work with the DeviceNet Master EL6752. 

If questions arise don't hesitate to mail us back.

We hope it'll help and save some time setting up Beckhoff Terminals
(tested with: ProfiNet EL6631, ProfiBus EL6731).
