[etherlab-users] enable-e1000 with-e1000-kernel

Hello.

Without *with-e1000-kernel* option, the e1000 driver for the current
running kernel version is used. For example, if you run a 3.14 kernel,
the driver files e1000_*-3.14 are used, if available. With
*with-e1000-kernel* option, the driver from selected kernel version is
used instead.
For example: --*with-e1000-kernel=3.4* will use e1000_*-3.4 driver files.
Selecting the driver kernel version may be required, if EtherCAT-drivers
are not available so far for the current running kernel. But there is no
guarantee for this to work.

Best regards,
Jürgen
