Hi,

Yes, you can control the EtherCAT servo drivers directly from Linux with 
the library IgH EtherCAT master.

Nevertheless, it is only library, and you must write your own C/C++ 
program based on this library.

You should start by reading the user manual

There are also examples in the "examples" subdirectory.
